a) The pictures of this website or our Photo CD can be copied to hard disc for showing clients or making primary layout. Before deciding to use any photo you should ask us to make sure whether the picture has not been sold for this year. Any picture will be sold to one customer for one year and single use.
b) The pictures of this website or our Photo CD are in very low resolution and highly compressed. To use them whatever in small or large size the appropriate digital copy will be supplied by Prism. No hard copy (transparency, negative or print) will be supplied.
c) Normally the copyright of any picture is not sold. Any picture is to be used for one year and single use only. To use it for the next year permission is to be obtained on payment. Copyright price of any picture will be five times greater than normal price. Prism reserves the right to sale the copyright or not.
d) A document (a printed form properly filled and signed by proper persons) is to be obtained from Prism before final use of any picture.
e) Along with the use of any picture the name of photographer is to be printed; otherwise price of the picture will be doubled.
f) Prism will take legal action against any violation of these terms and conditions.
